How contact details and photos submitted through this site are used.
What you send us
When you submit a quote request, you provide a contact name, company, phone number, email address, the city and ZIP where the wire is located, details about the material, and any photos you choose to upload. Fields marked required must be completed; everything else is optional.
Why we use it
Contact details are used to review your submission, reply to you, ask follow-up questions and, if a quote is accepted, arrange pickup, freight and paperwork. Photos are used to identify the wire and cable and to assess its condition.
How it is handled
Submissions are delivered by email to saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com, which is the buying inbox for this service. Photos travel with that message as attachments. Email and hosting providers process the message on our behalf, and access is limited to the people who review loads.
We do not sell contact details, and we do not publish seller names, photos or quantities. We do not add you to a marketing list.
Cookies and scripts
This website does not set cookies, does not run analytics scripts and does not contain client-side JavaScript. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request needed to serve the font file. If you would prefer to avoid that request, your browser can block third-party fonts and the site will still work with system fonts.
How long it is kept
Quote correspondence and photos are kept while a load is under discussion and afterwards for record keeping, so that a later question about the same material can be answered. If you want a submission removed, email saleselectricalbuyers@gmail.com with the company name and the city used in the request.
Your choices
You can ask what was received about your company, request a correction, or ask for a submission to be deleted. You can also choose not to submit photos and instead describe the material, though that usually leads to more questions before a quote is possible.
Children
This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page. The date below reflects the current version.
